Worcestershire sauce is a fermented condiment made from a base of vinegar and flavored with anchovies, molasses, marinade, onion, garlic and other seasonings. The taste is savory and sweet with a distinct tang imparted by the vinegar. Worcestershire sauce is often used to enhance food and drink dishes, including Welsh Rabbit, Caesar Salad, Oyster Kirkpatrick and Deviled Eggs.
